Sport Massage is the art of applying massage and related techniques to ensure the health and well being of the athlete, enhance athletic performance and reducing muscle soreness and recovery time, providing prevention and treatment fo athletic injuries. Sport Massage helps care for the wear and terar and minor injuries sustained in the performance of any strenuous physical activity.

NOTE: based on 20 minute travel time, over 20 minutes a $10 surcharge will incur, unless the 30 minute massage is bought in conjunction with a 60 or 90 minute massage.
