Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage concentrates on specific areas of the body, releasing and soothing muscle tissue in areas of chronic pain, or in need of injury repair and has proven to be a very effective massage. The purpose is to un-stick the fibers of a muscle while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, relaxing, soothing and tereby re-educating, as well as encouraging the muscle to operate at full capacity. It is both corrective and therapeutic.

Although Deep Tissue Massage is an intense massage with powerful results, it is done in such a way as to encourage the body not to react defensively. The depth and pressure of the work is kept within the comfort range of the client.

A popular tissue session among computer users is one focusing solely on the upper body, the back, neck, arms, and shoulders are thoroughly released, giving one a sense of renewal and hope that egonomic pain does not have to be chronic.
